Bungalow House Design at 4100 sq.ft
Here’s an extremely beautiful elevation of a colonial-style Kerala bungalow that provides comfort and luxury in the best way possible. Spread across an area of 4100 square feet, it has two massive storeys that host 4 grand bedrooms and 5 incredible bathrooms.
Inspired by pillars that are partially merged with the walls, this indeed is a bungalow worth building. The pillars have a distinctive design and shape of their own. The ones found on the balconies support impressive arches with a beautiful carving on them.
The top part of these arches are sheltered with the same sloping roof found on the rest of the house. The walls, on the other hand, are extremely plain, except for the stripes found decorating half of the walls.
The balconies are covered by a medieval wall, on top of which is a simple railing that’s designed to be loved. All the windows, on the other hand, are similar in style. But the ones found on the ground floor have an area allocated for plants – adding beauty and scent to the already beautiful house.
The house plan covers many facilities which includes a porch, colonial sit-out, massive living rooms on each floor, expansive dining with direct access to the pantry kitchen, convenient work are and store, impressive main hall, majilis, beautiful balconies and an open terrace.
