Out of 2000 square feet, the first floor of this villa covers only an area of 840 square feet. As a result, it holds only two of the 3 bedrooms. Both these bedrooms are pretty comfortable in size, and they have an attached bathroom each.

There’s also a sitting area right next to the stairs leading you downstairs. Connecting to it is a balcony that promises a stunning view on your surroundings. Additionally, you’ll notice a beautiful courtyard.

The ground floor, on the other hand, has everything the first floor does not. It begins with a porch with parking space for one vehicle. It then meets with a sit-out that’ll lead you into the house.

Inside is a living room with a flight of stairs connecting both the storeys. The dining room is situated right next to the living room. As expected, the pantry kitchen opens up to the dining room – making it easy to serve food from the pans to your plate.

The kitchen has a work area as well and to its opposite, a toilet could be found. There’s another toilet on this very floor. But it stays attached to the only bedroom found on the ground floor out of the 3 bedrooms promised to you.
