Kerala Small House Elevation at 1560 sq.ft
At 1560 square feet, many may consider this house ‘small’. But one look at the elevation might prove them wrong.
The architect has masterfully come up with a design that makes the house look twice its actual size. The pillars are made to stand high and proud, lifting the house in the process.
Both the storeys are roofed with a sloping roof, and it further serves to make the house look larger and more beautiful. The unique structures found in between the triangular portion of the roof are the most distinctive of all, and they bring in a traditional touch to the house.
The walls would’ve been plain if not for the carved stripes strewing a pattern across them. The balconies, on the other hand, are surrounded by a beautiful wall with rectangles sliced out of them.
Though the house comprises of two floors, the second floor covers only an area of 538 square feet. This makes it look more like a half-floor.
Together they draw a plan that holds many facilities to make living comfortable for you. Some of them include 3 comfortable bedrooms with 3 luxury bathrooms, a beautiful porch with parking space for one vehicle, tiny sit-out, a living room on each floor, expansive dining, pantry kitchen with a convenient work area attached, beautiful balconies and an open terrace for recreation.
