   Hi, Mahesh,

   I need to build a home; I have property in Kollam, paravoor. Facing south, have south side road, size of plot is 20mx20m , I need 4 bedroom , 4 bathroom,
   Need design Built as per the vastu, , should be kitchen at south east corner , car porch should be south east corner, stair should not be at the center.
   I am coming on Feb 17, 2013 to Kerala, if you can design and email plans to me before I can review and finalize once I reach Kerala,

   This id a cool design.I would like to build a 4 BHK house within 2500-3000 Sqft in Trivandrum, the property is 12 cents.The road ends on the right hand side of the property. Please provide good designs with estimate.prefer all vastu concepts.need a good home theater in first floor and a prayer room in ground floor.Please advice.
